Hey!

We’re looking for a B2B Sales Support Specialist to work closely with Simon (co-founder) and help us build and maintain meaningful relationships with a carefully selected group of brands and partners. This role supports our founders directly by owning the operational and research side of our sales activities — staying close to target accounts, understanding stakeholders, spotting relevant signals, and supporting thoughtful, well-timed engagement.

This is not a closing role and not about high-volume outreach. Instead, it plays a critical role in helping us stay present in the market, nurture the right relationships over time, and turn the right companies into high-quality sales conversations when the timing is right.

We work with a very specific group of high-quality brands and partners, and reaching them well requires time, focus, and precision. Our challenge is not a lack of opportunities, but the capacity to consistently stay close to the right accounts, understand who matters within them, and notice the right moments to engage.

We want to spot signals early — role changes, launches, initiatives, conversations — and respond in a thoughtful, non-intrusive way. This can mean sharing a relevant case study, sending a useful article, inviting someone to an event, or starting a meaningful conversation on LinkedIn. The goal is to build real relationships over time, not to push for quick wins.

We explicitly don’t believe in high-volume outbound or generic sales sequences. We don’t want to contact thousands of people with automated 3–4 step email cadences. Instead, we focus on engaging a small, carefully selected group of people and being genuinely valuable to them.

To do this consistently, we need someone who can help us keep this daily “market radar” on — supporting the founder in sales-related activities, staying close to our target accounts, and making sure no important signal or relationship is missed.
